PROCESSING METHODS BOOTCAMP

Processing Methods Bootcamp is our intensive four-day course, designed to educate students on traditional and progressive processing methods. Students dive deep into harvesting and processing specialty coffee, and experience the direct impact each method has on flavour, structure and cup quality. The course itinerary is jam-packed with guest speakers, workshops, daily cuppings and sensory exercises. We are only offering this course at Tamborine Mt Coffee Plantation (Gold Coast) this year.
